The room was nice and clean but the bathroom smelled of old cigarettes. I don't know if the fan was bringing in smells from outside but it was really strong. Good location but the walls are very thin and you can hear everyone in the hallways. Which was tough staying during a weekend and hearing people coming back to their rooms at 3 am when you want to get an early start the next day. Breakfast was good and had many options. Staff was friendly as well

The room was very clean with a nice view. Also the breakfast is very good and nice staff; only a car is required. There is a busstop but the bus doesn't go that often and a taxi to Lerici cost around 30€.
